1. The problem:
Prospecting campaigns were struggling and account ROAS was 1.5, they needed at least a 2 to be profitable in their business.
2. What we did:
Tested multiple campaigns at scale, including broad, lookalikes, dynamic tests, and advantage shopping. We took the best performing audiences and creatives, and rolled them into one big scaling campaign. This testing process took 2 full months.
3. The result:
By month 3, we hit 2.5 ROAS on the account. After that, we consistently hit 3+ ROAS on the account including on BFCM.

How we improved performance of an ad account by 2x
Fashion brand was averaging 0.5 ROAS which we improved to 1.1 ROAS within 60 days.
1. The problem:
Account was under a 1 ROAS for 6 months, they needed to break even by BFCM so they hit spend goals in November. We took over the account in the beginning of October.
2. What we did:
Started from scratch and rebuilt every part of the funnel. Used the 2 best creatives and 2 highest converting landing pages from the past 6 months to limit testing options. Launched them in multiple top of funnel campaigns, including DPA, ASC and cost caps interest targeting.
We started at $200/day, and attained 1+ ROAS two weeks in. Then slowly scaled spend to $$1k/day right before BFCM.
3. The result:
Final spend for BFCM was $58k+ @ 1.1 ROAS, their highest ROAS in 6 months. Clients were incredibly happy with the quick turnaround.

1. The problem:
Never ran Facebook ads, needed creative, funnel and media buying strategy to launch their paid social initiative.
2. What we did:
Spent $10k/month to generate Facebook leads that were integrated with a funnel so sales reps would have more info on prospects.
Campaigns were separated by products and audience targeting was set to stacked interests in order to maximize reach. Optimizations were made on the ad level by A/B testing static images and videos.
3. The result:
Generated 20k leads at $2.61/lead and added $233k in revenue within 4 months. Our best month. led to $80k in additional revenue, and in total we added 250+ new customers.
